Returns and Refund Policy
At Camelnot, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All tags, pads, and hygiene seals must remain intact.
The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or intimate apparel that has been worn, tried on without protective clothing, or returned without its hygiene seal.
BOGO & Promotions
For Buy One Get One (BOGO) and similar promotions:
Free items are not eligible for refunds
Returning part of a bundle may void the discount
Example:
If you return one item from a BOGO pair, the refund will reflect the non-discounted price of the item kept.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Defective Returns
If you change your mind or wish to return a non-defective item, you may do so within 30 days, provided the item is in resalable condition.
In these cases:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A small restocking or handling fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or removal of hygiene seals.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@camelnot.com with:
Your order number
A description or photo of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to confirm it’s in the same condition as shipped.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
